Delish, Healthy Raw Pizzas For Everyone!
We chose raw pizzas so that they’re not baked – high temperature kills too much of the precious vitamins and minerals in the vegetables. So we do recommend eating raw when it comes to vegan pizzas.
Enjoy the real taste of vegetables that is pure natural and delicious!
We’ve listed out the ingredients so it’s easier for everyone:
For the crust:
2 Zucchinis (peeled and cut)
1 Red bell pepper
1/3 cup of flaxseeds
You can mix them up in a food processor, and once it’s done, easily shape them into a round base with a circular mould, and then sit them in a dehydrator (125 degrees) till you get the crispy, not too harden texture you want.
Pizza Sauce:
3 Tomatoes
3 stalks of Celery
1 cup sundried tomatoes
Basil leaves
Put them all in a blender and when it’s done, spread generous amount of the sauce onto the crust.
Toppings:
Grated cauliflower
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Arugula (or rocket leaves)
Dried basil
Pineapples
Or whatever else you like!
Serve immediately!
