Smoothies Recipe: Kale, Pumpkin Seed & Apricot Green Smoothie

Hearty Green Smoothie To Keep You Satiated For Hours

I borrowed the favours from my delicious Raw Pumpkin Seed & Apricot Balls, added in some kale and avocado and created a hearty green smoothie that is perfect as a smoothie bowl and will keep you satiated for hours.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Serves 2


2 large handfuls of Kale
1/2 medium avocado
2 tablespoons pumpkin seed butter, I used Indigo Herbs
about 8 dried unsulphured apricots
2-3 medium bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
300ml water of desired, or none for a thick smoothie bowl


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
Serve immediately.
