The REAL 40 Illustrations of “If Humans And Animals Switched Places”

What happens when humans and animals switched places? These 40 illustrations will show you.

***More information is being updated to this post progressively. Do check back often for updates***

Behind the illustrations, you will also find the real story for most, if not all the images of what actually happened or is still going on in the real world, in case you think the cartoon ones were too exaggerated or hard to believe.

In response to those who think we hate farmers or meat eaters: We do not discriminate nor condemn. Truth speaks for itself because truth takes no sides.

These photos are not here to sow discord, much less to promote violence or hatred between humans. They are real images of cruelty and what animals go through in order to satisfy our taste palates.

Our world population stands at an astonishing figure of 7.4 billion human beings, how else can we supply milk at a massive level efficiently? Where do you think your everyday fresh meat come from? Without slaughtering animals by the millions, will these still be a convenient food?

You may certainly find it offensive because for too long, we have all been manipulated to believe in a lie that the meat industries very much wanted to cover up. However before you feel the slightest offense, think about millions of innocent animals that were killed in a split second, where cold, hard machines will not show mercy to any cries or tears. Offended? Think again.

As long as animals, our distant brothers and sisters, are treated with cruelty and slaughtered for the selfish desires of humankind, the world will never be at peace.

Warning: Do not proceed unless you want the truth. Some images may make you feel uncomfortable.

#1 Human becomes a cow

humansanimals-001

This is probably about the only image that we’ll be giving it slightly more attention than the rest, for severals reasons obviously but the vivid graphic.

In the real world:

To demystify tales: While it’s true that a dairy cow can and will possibly produce high levels of milk over its lifetime, it also depends on its breed for its production levels, but one thing is certain: COWS DO NOT continually produce milk all year round.

Wikipedia has a clear explanation on this:

wiki-dairy-cow1

The fact: if they had not been bred or artificially inseminated, there’s no issue of having to obtain milk. Humans created a self-made problem and tried to come up with all kinds of reasonings to justify this. But must say they made it sound so persuasive.

Now, if you were a farmer, would you prefer a high production cow or a low production cow? High? Low? I would say both!

Here’s the catch: The higher the milk production levels, the shorter their lifespan. Facts from wiki:

Baby calves are stolen from their mothers shortly after birth. Watch the video:

What about people who said, “Cows must be milked, or the milk will build up and cause their udders to be too painful”?

Fortunately, there is The Straight Dope, who has been fighting ignorance since 1973. We have just the answer for you:

The golden question:

“Cow wants to be milked and they enter the barn waiting to be milked. If delayed they make a lot of noise. They MOO because they are uncomfortable girls.”

Here’s a great meme to farmers who say…

Is that milk from the store still tasting good? Sorry, next.

#2 Cruelty in farms

humansanimals-002

In the real world:

New Zealand passed a legal rule to recognize animals as sentient beings. Simply put it, they feel pain, anger, fear, sadness, all kinds of feelings, just like you and me. They are not objects nor are they properties.

Inside the ruling also states a penalty scheme and banned in animal cruelty cases, animal research and testing, and hunting.

How is it that if this is not an impending issue would a country with the most fantasized love tale of dairy farms approve a law like this?

#3 Slaughterhouse

In the real world:

In response to some of the small-scale farms where they treated their animals with love and care, and those who suggest it’s okay to needlessly kill animals so long that they’re “treated well.” Vegans oppose all of it. Read post #1 on how farming unnaturally shortens the lifespan of animals.

In 2013, Australia’s top health experts already agreed with leading health advisory boards in the U.S., U.K. and Canada that well-planned vegan diets are a safe, healthy and viable option for all age groups.

So, there’s NO truth that human need meat to get the so-called nutrients, which can be derived from plants, to survive.

#4 Killing Game

humansanimals-004

In the real world:

We named this killing game, but in reality, it’s mindless animal killing in the name of sacrifices.

Indian Hindu devotees watch as a buffalo is beheaded by Hindu priests at a Durga temple in Cooch Behar town some 175 km from Siliguri, 19 October 2007 on the occasion of the Durga Puja festival. The sacrifice of live animals is performed to appease the goddess Durga and to shower blessings on the community, despite protests from animal rights groups. Durga, who represents the infinite power of the universe and is a symbol of female dynamism, along with other Hindu gods are worshipped by Hindu devotees for four days, during Durga Puja, one of the biggest Hindu festivals celebrated across India. #5 Starved to death on the streets

humansanimals-005

In the real world:

Cases of domesticated pets and farm animals starved to death by their so-called owners who couldn’t care less about them death or alive can be found worldwide.

#6 Pet Competitions

humansanimals-006

In the real world:

The philosophy of veganism is, non-human animals do not exist for human purposes or consumption. Therefore, by not partaking in animal-derived products and by-products, vegans reduce the contribution to animal exploitation and suffering.

Exploitation isn’t necessarily physical abuse. Exploitation is the process of taking advantage of the resources and labor of someone else.

We name a few examples of such cases: horse riding, dog shows and similar pet competitions.

Different animals have their unique traits and characteristics human so desire. Just to list a few examples, like cats and dogs are intelligent, loyal and make a good companion, horses are clever, fast, and strong.

These are resources that owners take advantage of, which most find enjoyable by itself, winning prizes in competitions and shows, and monetary gain, in cases of horse riding, through “leasing out” these horses to other riders. Ipso facto exploitation. Even collecting honey from bees is a form of exploitation, which therefore makes honey, not a vegan food.

To live up to the expectations of owners, these animals are bred to create a continuation of a certain desirable trait or group of characteristics; they are being made to race, jump hurdles, perform stunts and actions to the commands of the owner.

In response to breeders, There’s No Such Thing as a ‘Responsible Breeder’.

All breeders fuel the animal overpopulation crisis, for every puppy or kitten who is deliberately produced by anybreeder, an animal in an animal shelter dies.

#7 Chained up and forbidden to enter house

humansanimals-007

In the real world:

Hey, not all human do that, especially much less for dog owners. Yes?But if not dogs? Horses, pigs, cows, lambs, etc.? Left to weather rain and shine? Sure, they have stables, barns and sties. Afterall that’s where they belong, right?

Animals have feelings too. They feel rejection, anger, sadness, happiness, joy, loneliness, all kinds of feelings — just like humans.

#9 Dining out

humansanimals-009

In the real world:

Obviously, who eats flies these days?

But flies are animals, invertebrates of course. The size of a fly pales in comparison with the pork rib you have on the plate. What’s the difference when they are all dead, seasoned and cooked?

But these days, how about other bugs and insects?

In the real world:

More than 45 million turkeys are mercilessly slaughtered each year just for Thanksgiving.
