Oven bake your chips for a healthier choice and DIY it so you can make your own flavours. We like it a bit spicier!
Here’s the recipe from the video (scroll to bottom for video instructions):
3/4 pound sweet potatoes (cut them into 1/4 inch thin slices).
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp chili powder (we love it more)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
– Combine them evenly together for coating on the potatoes.
Preheat oven to 425 deg.
Coat the sweet potato slices by tossing them gently in a large bowl.
Spread them out on a lightly oiled nonstick baking sheet.
Roast for about 20 minutes till golden. Halfway, be sure to turn the slices once so that they bake on the other side as well.
Viola! Serve with a vegan ranch dressing or any dressing you like.
